Studio One is a fabulous workspace for freelancers and small businesses, at a picturesque former piano factory in this quiet mews in Primrose Hill, less than two miles from the West End. We have been established since 1998. With the increased need for affordable office space, over the past year we have grown from 90 members to a lively and eclectic community of about 150 people.

Tenancy costs £95 + VAT per person per week. This price includes everything: broadband, use of meeting rooms, a full-time receptionist, electricity, business rates, service charge, and unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits! There are no extras or hidden charges.

The office is a mixture of self-contained rooms and open-plan desks. Desks in self-contained offices and in the open-plan areas of the office cost the same: many people prefer working in the open-plan office, which has a great atmosphere. Whilst people are respectful of each others’ space, there is a fair amount of social mixing and professional cross-fertilisation throughout Studio One.    more...
